Your Name.
Our Vineyards.✦
Four generations of estate winemaking in Mendocino, bottled under your label.
A house wine your guests remember. A brand name your buyers can't find anywhere else. Same family, same vineyards, same hands — a different name on the bottle.

The production is the same. What you're buying isn't. Start where you actually sit — the conversation goes faster.
Hotels, Resorts & Restaurants
A house label that earns its place on your list.
- Your name on the bottle instead of a wine every competitor also pours
- Your own price position, without an identically labeled bottle on a shelf down the street
- By-the-glass and bottle programs, plus retail for your gift shop or lobby
- Reorder reliability — the same label and the same program, season after season
- Event and banquet volume handled on one PO
Distributors & Private Brands
A label you own, made by a winery with a real address.
- Distributor-owned and retailer-only brands, built from the ground up
- Estate Mendocino fruit — a provenance story your buyer can actually sell
- FOB pricing and case minimums quoted straight, no discovery call required
- TTB label approval and COLA filing handled on our side
- Territory protection available by agreement
Estate wine, your label
We are not a label printer with a wine attached. The wine comes first — grown on family land in Mendocino, made in our own facility, then dressed in your name.
The Wine
Choose from our estate portfolio — Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Italian varietals. Taste through before you commit.
The Label
Bring your own artwork, or work with our designer to build one. Either way we handle production files, print specs, and TTB approval.
The Package
Bottle shape, closure, capsule, and carton spec chosen to fit the setting — a fine-dining list, a gift shop shelf, or a chain retail facing.
The Run
From a single event to a standing seasonal program. Minimums and lead times quoted honestly up front, so you can plan around them.
Names that have already trusted us
Hotels, restaurant groups, universities, touring artists, and distributor brands. Different reasons, same program.
Plus additional restaurant groups and private programs we're not at liberty to name. If discretion matters to you, it's already how we work.
From conversation to cases on your dock
Plan on eight to ten weeks from first conversation to delivered cases. Most of that is federal label approval and bottling scheduling, not us.
Talk & Taste
Tell us the setting, the volume, and the price you need to hit. We send samples.
Week 1Choose the Wine
Lock the varietal and vintage. We quote the run and confirm minimums in writing.
Week 1–2Design the Label
Your artwork or ours. We build production files to print and regulatory spec.
Week 2–4TTB Approval
We file the COLA and manage the federal review. This window is an estimate — TTB processing times vary and are outside our control.
Week 4–8Bottle & Deliver
Bottled, labeled, cased, and shipped to your dock or your distributor's warehouse.
Week 8–10Who handles what
Custom label work involves federal label approval and state compliance. Most of it is ours. Here's the honest split.
The regulatory side
- TTB Certificate of Label Approval (COLA) filing and follow-up
- Mandatory label content — alcohol content, government warning, net contents, appellation
- Production-ready artwork files built to printer and regulatory spec
- Bottling, labeling, casing, and case-goods storage
- Shipping compliance to states where shipment is permitted
The brand side
- Your logo, name, or artwork — or a brief for our designer to work from
- Any trademark you're claiming, and the right to use it
- Approval on the label proof before it goes to TTB
- Your license details if you're a distributor or retailer taking title
- Delivery address and target date, as early as you can give it
Questions, answered
What's the minimum order?
Minimums differ between a one-time event run and a standing house label, and they're driven by bottling line economics rather than by us being difficult. Tell us the volume you're thinking and we'll tell you straight whether it works.
How long does the whole thing take?
Plan on eight to ten weeks from first conversation to delivered cases. Design typically takes two to three weeks, TTB label approval is the long pole and varies with federal workload, and bottling is scheduled around our production calendar. These are estimates, not guarantees — TTB processing times are outside our control. If you have a hard date, say so at the first conversation and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
Can we use our own artwork and logo?
Yes, and most clients do. Send what you have and we'll adapt it to bottle dimensions and add the required regulatory content. If you don't have artwork, our designer can build a label from a brief. Either path, you approve the proof before it goes to TTB.
Do you handle the TTB approval?
We do. We file the Certificate of Label Approval, manage any correction requests, and make sure the mandatory content is correct before submission. You provide the brand elements and confirm you have the right to use them; we handle the federal process.
Which wines can we put our label on?
Most of the estate portfolio is available — Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and our Italian varietals. Availability depends on vintage and remaining inventory, so the sooner you start, the more choice you have. Allocated Legacy wines are handled case by case.
Can a distributor own the brand outright?
Yes. We produce distributor-owned and retailer-only brands, and have done so before. Ownership of the brand, territory protection, and reorder commitments are all defined in the agreement rather than assumed.
Is there a design fee?
If we're creating the label from scratch there's a design fee, quoted with your program. If you supply print-ready artwork, the cost is limited to file preparation and regulatory adaptation.
Can we reorder the same label later?
Yes, and that's the point of a house label. Once a label is TTB-approved, reorders are far simpler — depending on what changes, a new vintage may need only a minor filing rather than a full approval cycle. We'll confirm what your specific label requires. Standing programs get a production slot scheduled ahead of time.
Is this the same thing as corporate gifting?
Related, but not the same. Custom label is about putting your name on the wine itself. If what you actually need is a curated gift to send clients or staff, our corporate gifting program is built for that — and the two can be combined.
Tell us what you're building
A short note is enough to start. We come back with honest minimums, a realistic timeline, and a price range before we ask you for a meeting.
All custom label programs are subject to winery approval, federal TTB label approval, and applicable state and federal regulations. Trade and wholesale orders are fulfilled through licensed channels. Consumer shipments require an adult (21+) signature upon delivery and are sent only to states where direct shipment is permitted. Please drink responsibly.
